A Thousand Nights (A Thousand Nights #1) by E.K. Johnston

Technically the answer to this should be Crescent City seeing as I’m writing this the night before its’ release but by the time this post is actually published I’ll probably have already started it. I’m buddy-reading A Thousand Nights for Zodiacathon, so depending on how long it takes me to read Crescent City this will likely be my next read.

House of Earth and Blood (Crescent City #1) by Sarah J. Maas

Other than House of Earth and Blood I’ve read all but one of Sarah J Maas’s books (I haven’t got around to Catwoman yet okay). I have not yet rated any of her books lower than four stars and only two weren’t five stars. So I expect this book will likely have a pretty high rating.

Zel by Donna Jo Napoli

I really hope I’m wrong here because this does sound like the sort of book I would enjoy. But I’ve seen very mixed reviews so it’s kinda 50/50 on whether I’m going to like it or not. Even then I rarely give one star reviews so I’ll happily say this prediction is likely wrong.

Anna Lightwood from Chain of Gold (The Last Hours #1) by Cassandra Clare

I probably won’t actually read Chain of Gold for a while yet, because I am super behind with the Shadowhunter books. I think the last one I read was ‘The Shadowhunter Academy’. But I already love Anna, sure I know nothing about her, but I love her.

Either Bone Crier’s Moon by Kathryn Purdie or Thorn by Intisar Khanani

These books both come out this month and I haven’t pre-ordered either. So once I actually have some money I’ll probably buy either one or both of these.
