Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
This week’s TTT is favourite tropes, which has been quite fun to write. This post is going to have a mixture of both plot and character tropes as both are important within stories.

This is a great TTT post! So many tropes that I didn’t even think about for mine. The one we share is enemies to lovers but I adore a villain protagonist too, should’ve included it in mine.

Yeeees I love all these tropes! Enemies to lovers is one of my favorites! Villain protagonists can be so much fun. I loved Elphaba, and I love Victor from Vicious. And of course, what fantasy ready doesn’t love the all myths are true thing? 😉

YES!! ALL THE MYTHS ARE TRUE. Honestly, I almost put that type of trope on mine because I was in Shadowhunter mode earlier and I was going to use the all the legends are true quote but oops I forgot. So many good tropes on here. I love that you included Fractured Fairytale and Once Upon a Time is one of the examples. One of my favourites!
